Our company’s history.

Chris Bridenstine, our original founder, started his insurance career in 1994. Chris is a second-generation agent. He is preceded by his father, Les Bridenstine, who was one of the founding members of Advance Insurance Agency in 1981. Chris started Ideal Insurance Agency Inc with the goal of creating an environment for agents to give their clients the combination of top-rated industry products, quality service, and long-lasting relationships. To achieve this goal, Ideal Insurance Agency Inc has invested time and effort in establishing a structure that allows agents to serve and help their clients using relationships with underwriters and technology. Randall Thorsett and Mark Thorne joined Ideal Insurance Agency Inc in July 2014 to help make the goal a reality.
